Technologist, Solutions Architect and Business Strategist—Tye Hayes leads with over 20 years of experience in delivering efficiency, reliability, and innovation in the Information Technology industry.
As the founder and CEO of Atlanta-based tech firm N-Ovate Solutions—Hayes provides comprehensive solutions for companies and organizations within the technology, education, and government sectors.
N-Ovate Solutions specializes in providing thought-leadership, project plans, operations management, and technology activations; while helping clients maximize strategic spending with innovative solutions, optimize operational cost, and secure, streamlined solutions to technology problems.
Hayes served as Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer for the City of Atlanta, Leading digital transformation following its cyber breach in 2014, Hayes guided the City through Superbowl LIII and a global pandemic. She has also served as the Deputy Chief Information Officer for Atlanta Public Schools. In this role, Hayes stabilized and restructured the district’s IT operations by focusing on innovation and citizen-centered services, increasing the agencies’ overall efficiency and equity through updates and business process improvements.
